Before design begins, we undertake a thorough feasibility study—assessing site constraints, local council requirements, and build viability. If required, we manage your approvals process (DA, CDC, PCA), coordinating architects, engineers, and certifiers for a fast, compliant outcome.

With design locked in, Build Hub consolidates your entire materials list—raw steel frames, windows, doors, tiles, cabinetry panels, and joinery modules—placing bulk orders. We manage quality control, shipping, customs clearance, and local warehousing.

Once feasibility and approvals are underway, our interior design team produces either a circulated template (for common lot widths) or a bespoke plan. All joinery, fixture, and finish selections are documented in CAD drawings, 3D renders, and shop-ticket-ready files.
